Data Deletion Request
This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with the Connect the Dots app (the “App”). Depending on which features are enabled in your version of the App, it may use third-party services (such as Firebase and Google AdMob) and may store optional app data.
What data can be deleted
- Support emails: if you contacted us, we can delete the support conversation from our inbox/history (subject to legal or operational retention needs).
- Optional app backend data (if applicable): if the App supports optional cloud sync or similar features, we can delete app records we control when we can match your request.
Note: We cannot delete your Google account. If you signed in with Google, your Google account is managed by Google.
How to request deletion
Email us with the subject line “Connect the Dots Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your device platform (Android)
- Your approximate request date / last time you used the App (optional, helps locate records)
- Any identifiers you’re comfortable sharing to help us locate data (for example, the email you used to contact support or sign in, if applicable)

Ads, analytics, and crash reports
The App may show ads (Google AdMob) and may process analytics/crash diagnostics (Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics) depending on your consent and region. Data processed by these third parties is controlled by their retention policies and settings.
